Dylan’s OnCall story begins in 2016 as a newly graduated therapist hoping to quickly start his own practice. He looked for a solution that would allow him to make Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) accessible but that kept his bottom line in-check.
Dylan’s OnCall story begins in 2016 as a newly graduated therapist hoping to quickly start his own practice. He looked for a solution that would allow him to make Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) accessible but that kept his bottom line in-check.
He decided to launch a virtual practice with OnCall, the end-to-end virtual care and patient management solution he was looking for. It allowed him to make DBT more accessible and manage his practice online. He was seeing his business grow in real-time as patients started scheduling appointments soon after launch. With OnCall, Dylan could measure patient appointment no-shows, forms completed, and revenue through OnCall’s real-time analytics dashboard so he knew that his finances were protected like he had originally hoped for.
