Optimize your company’s telehealth operations with patient cancellation reason data

Patients can now specify their appointment cancellation reason in their patient portal on the mobile app, which staff can view in their company’s analytics tools or on a specific appointment page. Not only will this information help providers be proactive in their care, but companies can assess cancellation reasons to learn more and optimize their telehealth operations.

Do more with OnCall’s subscriptions tools! 

Not only can providers and administrators can self-manage instant messaging subscription programs on their own, but our subscription tool also currently supports unlimited messaging subscriptions, with additional appointment types coming in the future. 

Providers and administrators will also soon be able to track and manage subscriptions in OnCall without having to request assistance from their Customer Success Manager.

They’ll also be able to view a list of all transactions in their division to track failed payments, follow up with patients, and reconcile records easily

Manage forms in multiple divisions  

Administrators will be able to apply changes to a form and delete forms that belong to multiple divisions at once.

Service-specific URLs for patients for advertising and marketing campaigns  

Companies will be able to direct patients to a specific service on their branded booking page using a unique URL that can be used in advertising and marketing campaigns.
