Today, we at OnCall are excited to announce our new and exciting look. We’ve refreshed our logo, branding, and website to showcase OnCall’s evolution from a simple, secure healthcare video conferencing solution to a complete virtual care program management platform for clinics and enterprises.
Virtual care has grown over the last few years and exponentially in 2020. We’ve seen entire clinics move online, after-care programs adding virtual care options, and hospitals use virtual care to keep communities safe. Just as the world has evolved, so has OnCall examined our vision and product offering to align with the ever-changing and rapidly evolving health and virtual care industries. As we continue to expand our product and services, and reveal innovative new features and products, we want our brand to align with our solution and commitment to customers. OnCall’s new brand is a representation of our history, growth, leadership, and human-centred approach to our continued innovation.
OnCall began in 2016 by partnering with a psychology clinic that needed an easy and secure way to offer video appointments to their patients. At that time, we believed that every healthcare provider and enterprise would soon adopt virtual care as part of their practice or operations. The acceleration of digital transformation in the healthcare industry over the past several years has been incredible and far faster than expected. In a “new normal”, OnCall is the chosen virtual care program management solution for practice owners all the way up to healthcare’s largest brands and enterprises.
Although OnCall has evolved, the spirit of our mission has remained the same. OnCall enables healthcare practice owners, brands and enterprises to launch and grow exceptional virtual care programs by developing best-in-class software and services, so that better care delivery is always possible.
